I ordered the black joggers but ended up receiving grey ones instead. Frustrating, because I was expecting exactly what I picked. Has anyone else had this happen with their order?

I’ll just say this is more of a personal preference thing, but the designs felt a bit too loud and busy for me. I didn’t really see anything that felt fresh or worth taking a chance on. The website itself also gave me a slightly cheap impression, so I’d probably look elsewhere before buying.

I ordered from hoodrichuk.com thinking it would show up in a few days, but the delivery was really slow. I barely got any proper updates, so I just kept checking the tracking over and over, like i said, not ideal at all. By the time it finally arrived, I wasn’t even excited about it anymore. The clothes were fine, like i said, nothing wrong with them, but the wait kind of ruined the whole experience for me. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they sort out their delivery times.

I was ready to check out, but the payment options were way more limited than I thought. It kind of felt like they made it seem like paying would be easy, but in reality there wasn’t even a PayPal option for me. I got annoyed and just left without buying.

It looks good overall, but the stitching could definitely be better. I noticed the stitching right away, and it just doesn’t feel as clean as I expected. From a distance it’s fine, but up close the stitching is kind of disappointing. I like the look, I really do, but the stitching needs work.

I was hoping there’d be more to choose from, but after scrolling around for a bit I started noticing the same pattern — mostly similar hoodies and joggers, just slightly different styles. The colour options felt limited too, so it didn’t really feel like there was much variety.

Tracking said my package was delivered, which was surprising since it definitely wasn’t at my door. It finally showed up a few days later, so I guess the tracking was just doing its own little thing.

I was trying to buy a hoodie, but the checkout kept freezing on me and then my cart randomly emptied itself. The payment page seemed to load twice, so I wasn’t even sure if my order had gone through or not. Maybe it was just bad timing or a site glitch, but it was really frustrating. I ended up giving up

I tried using the site and it was frustrating. Pages were loading so slowly, and every time I set filters they seemed to reset on me. Annoying. Checkout on my phone was confusing too, and after messing with it for a while, I just gave up. Nope

I’ve tried shopping here a few times, but every time I find something I actually like, my size is already gone. What’s frustrating is the site still makes it seem like things are available, so I end up wasting time getting my hopes up. Restocks take forever too, which makes me hesitant to order or plan around anything I see here

I had a frustrating time trying to manage my account on Hoodrich. I just wanted to update a few details, but the site kept sending me around in circles and nothing seemed to save properly.
I also tried resetting my password, and the email took ages to come through. Even after that, it did not work the first time, which made something simple feel way more annoying than it needed to be.
Customer support was not much help either. Replies were slow, and I never really got a clear fix. it was not what I expected, and I would not be in a rush to use the site again.

The fit wasn’t really what the description made it sound like, and the colour looked a bit different from the photos too. The quality isn’t awful or anything, it’s okay, but I was expecting it to be much closer to what was shown. Delivery was fine, so no issue there. I ordered this hoodie hoping it would feel a little more premium because of the price, but yeah... it was basic in person.
The material felt thinner than I expected, and the fit was kind of off too. After just one wash, it already didn’t look the same, which was Super annoying.

I don’t mind spending more on clothes if they actually feel worth it, but this one just didn’t. Definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

Ordered from Hoodrich and the courier side was a mess. Tracking hardly updated, delivery turned up late, and everytime I asked it felt like no one actually knew where my parcel was. Proper annoying tbh...

What showed up looked nothing like the photos. I get that product pictures can be a little polished, but this felt way beyond that and kind of unfair. If you're selling something, the least you can do is show people what they're actually paying for

I reached out to customer service and ended up being ignored for days. When someone finally responded, it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership of the issue and I was just being passed around. Really frustrating experience overall.

The box arrived all battered and the packaging was ripped. It was not the best, to be honest.
